I have been painting and presenting my work professionally to the world for 10 years now and I am just starting to really understand who I am and what my art is trying to convey.
I feel my life journey and artistic career are an example of what ‘living your dream’ could mean. At a personal level, I have let go of the regular routine job life, I have been home with both my husband and kids for 16 years and I have a lot of time for reflection and creativity and feel blessed all around.
In my short career I have exhibited in group shows in France, Spain, Mexico, the USA and Canada and I just organized a successful one-person exhibition in Paris, France.
My art has been published in over 50 publications (with 12 cover pages); I also created a line of greeting cards and art jewelry that I sold to over 80 stores in Canada, the USA, France, UK and Spain.
The more I paint the more creative ideas are coming and this feeds all the areas of my personal and professional life.
I love my life, I am really happy with what I have accomplished so far and I foresee that all of it can only grow from here.
This is a fantastic time for artists as the internet gives us an infinite platform for networking, reaching out to people that connect with our themes all over the planet.
In my colorful, bold and geometric oil paintings I express the many aspects of one’s personal life journey in connection with the cycles and elements of nature.
I find that from a foundation of inner reflection close to the earth there is a natural flowering of our gifts. This is how art emerged into my life.
In sharing my images with the world at large I realize that the messages of my paintings connect with many actors of change within society: deep ecology, social justice, conscious politic, alternative economy, and so on…. I am excited to be participating, via my art, to the world of conscious change!
