I am Bart Keagy, a professional photographer. My fascination for making still pictures come alive started as a hobby when I was given a gift in the form of a camera. I enjoyed capturing photographs of the beautiful California coastline where I lived—the rest, as they say, is history.

 

 

Living in an exceptionally scenic area along the coast has enabled me to hone and develop my photographic skills by applying artistic touches of composition and light to the stark realism in my landscapes.

 

 

My images blend the two to create visually appealing photographs using the stunning views I see every day along the coast. They inspire those who view them with a very up close and personal touch.

 

 

My pictures demonstrate normal everyday scenes along the coast and landscapes in areas that people can connect to, thus making me one of the most sought after photographers in town.

 

 

I am one of few photographers at the world famous Pebble Beach Resorts and Golf Course in Pebble Beach California. My pictures are on their website and in their “Images at Pebble Beach” gallery. They have also been displayed at The Cherry Center in Carmel, California, and the Local Color Gallery in Big Sur.

 

 

I have photographed over 500 weddings on the beach at Carmel, capturing the romantic backdrop for the occasion. My portfolio includes portrait and model photography where I strive to capture the personality of the individual as well as the headshot.

 

 

In addition, I was the first digital photograph to be featured in Surfer Magazine and have pictures in Maxim, Sunset and others. I have had my pictures used on Trip Advisor and other websites. I also won a first place award from TOCA for my aerial photograph of the Pebble Beach Golf Course.
