Nature always brings the urban landscape to life. For creating this diptych, I was inspired by the view of houses against a backdrop of tall, beautiful trees. I also used natural coffee as a medium.

Portraying inner and outer journeys in watercolour and ink, my intent is to capture the subject as it takes shape. My output has been described as open-ended and pastoral, agnostic towards any specific thematic content.

My choice of colors is deliberate, evoking specific emotions. The use of warm, vibrant colors such as the reds, symbolizes hope and vitality. The ink markings in my art represent resilience and strength in overcoming any obstacles.

“Waterfall” is a watercolor created to convey feeling of rocks and water. I hope you can hear the water as it rushes over the moss covered rocks in the stream bed.

My photography is an attempt to simplify the landscape using post processing filters that create an intentional camera movement. I love large modern photographs and paintings using bold colors, smooth lines and brushstrokes, and often a limited palette.
