My name is Liudmyla Nimash. Ever since I was a child, I loved to draw and give gifts made with my own hands.
Since graduating from college, I have been creating three dimensional murals (bas-relief) on the walls of private homes and restaurants for 16 years. I served clients in Ukraine, Poland, the Czech Republic, Italy, and Switzerland. I also took part in television shows for interior design and decor.
In 2022, I moved my business to the United States, where I continue to work as an interior decorator. My company, Art World Decor LLC, works with many design studios in Atlanta, Georgia. We create three-dimensional murals, decorative plaster accent walls, and paintings for them.
I also conduct master classes on bas-relief and decorative plaster, sharing my acquired experience with others. I try to add life to every interior in the form of 3D flowers, animals, and abstraction. Then the walls seem to come alive. Thanks to the volume, an extraordinary three-dimensional effect is created.
In my murals, I try to depict the smallest details, such as the thin veins on the petals of a rose. I work in different styles, and I combine them, which helps to diversify my technique. At times I work on very large walls as high as 20 feet, but I also create small paintings and decorative plaster.
My works are in both monochrome colors and paintings. I just love making art. It’s my life, so why wouldn’t it be? I love to experiment and learn new techniques that are popular in interior design.
Each of my murals is an exclusive work that is not repeated. The bas-relief is made directly on the wall, by hand. It does not spill out. When working in three dimensions, I can depict any picture on the wall, regardless of whether it is a person, an image from nature, etc. My mission is to make the world a better place, wherever I am.
