Growing up in Norfolk, Virginia, with the Chesapeake Bay as my playground, I developed a deep appreciation for color, light, and movement.

 

 

Coastal hues and organic forms shaped my creative vision from an early age. As a child, I was captivated by design. I carefully curated magazine clippings to scrapbook dream spaces. Bright turquoise and avocado green were unmistakably the colors of the era.

 

 

For 30 years, I channeled that passion into interior design. I ran my own business in a small rural lake town in northeastern North Carolina.

 

 

When I relocated to Arizona, the Southwest’s bold landscapes, endless skies, and vibrant artistic community felt like home. I had often incorporated art glass into my design work but discovering that I could create it myself changed everything.

 

 

Glass is a mesmerizing medium, transforming with light in unexpected ways. Each piece is a fusion of art and science, balancing control with spontaneity, making it an original. In interiors and exteriors alike, glass interacts with light to create dynamic interest. In the desert landscape, it brings excitement and color to an often neutral palette.

 

 

More recently, I’ve begun integrating acrylic painting as a backdrop to my glass panels. This adds even greater depth and dimension to my work.

 

 

From my home studio with a view of the Santa Catalina Mountains, I create pieces that reflect both my coastal roots and my Southwestern surroundings. My work has been featured in local exhibitions and galleries.

 

 

As I continue to explore new artistic possibilities, I’m eager to connect with a broader audience of collectors, designers, and corporate clients. Color and glass are my passions!
